Ozone Sauna Therapy

Sauna heat and ozone gas combined. You sit in a steam cabinet with your head outside it while ozone is introduced, so it’s absorbed through the skin rather than inhaled.

30 minutes Seated steam cabinet, head out

Good to know

Before you book

Ozone should never be inhaled. This is why the cabinet is designed with the head outside it, and why we ask you not to lean into it.

Let us know if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, low blood pressure, hyperthyroidism, G6PD deficiency (favism), or are recovering from a recent heart attack or stroke. Heat therapies are not suitable for everyone and we’d rather have the conversation first.

Don’t book an ozone sauna if you’ve been drinking alcohol, and tell us if you feel unwell on the day.

Session length: 30 minutes
Format: Seated steam cabinet, head out
Where: 9-11 Wellington Street, Gateshead, NE8 2AJ
