What to expect on a first visit?
From your first conversation, to a plan you can actually follow. No referral needed and nothing booked until we’ve talked.
Three steps, one plan
Most people arrive not knowing which therapy they need, and most end up using more than one. That’s why the first thing we do is listen rather than book, and why the plan changes as you go.

Consult/Chat
We talk through your goals first — whether that’s everyday health, recovery from something specific, or sport — and go through your history, your medication and anything else relevant. Nothing gets booked until we understand what you actually need.

Guided Therapies
You work through the therapies that fit your goals. Most people end up using two or three treatments rather than one on its own, and we’ll show you exactly how it works before anything is planned or started.

Aftercare
We check in on progress and adjust the plan accordingly, to ensure you get what you need. If something isn’t working we’ll say so and change it.
Good to know before you arrive
